In 2003, the owners of Associated Corporate and Institutional Services Co. (ACISCO) came to End Point with the desire to promote their existing office furniture and flooring products with a Web presence. They wanted their product offerings to be accessible on line, and to encourage customers to contact the ACISCO sales team for further consultation.

End Point’s business analysis component worked closely with ACISCO’s owners to assess their operating needs. During the thorough evaluation process, goals for the site were recalibrated to capitalize on the firm’s overall industry expertise. In addition to furniture and flooring, the business model was enhanced to encompass the provision of comprehensive design and construction services.
The End Point team developed a sophisticated concept and design that captivates viewers with its dynamic architectural theme. The sleek styling carries over into the succinct and crystal-clear presentation of major quantities of information.
To further simplify for the customer what was previously an arduous, daunting, and time-consuming process, End Point engineered several innovative features into the site, including a custom catalog photo attachment function for email correspondence and printer-friendly functions.

Though they came to End Point for a website, End Point provided them with a transformed business model, an expanded customer base, and a beautiful presentation highlighting and reinforcing the company’s integrated capability in all aspects of design, construction and furniture for commercial space.
With End Point’s guidance, the company was able to re-envision itself and launch a Web business unifying 14 service components under a single shingle. The new website turned this vision into a reality, and allowed ACISCO to capitalize on vertical and horizontal product and service integration. As proof, the company’s internet sales rocketed from zero to $1M in the first year. The site produces such an incomparable bang for the buck that a CD version of it is handed out as promotional material to prospective clients.
