Steph has experience in a broad range of web application development. She is an expert in client side technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, YUI, XML; and server-side technologies such as Perl, PHP, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. She has used her skills in projects focused in ecommerce solutions, content management system development, and search engine optimization. Before she began web development, she completed her education with research in medical image analysis using C, C++, and Python.

Search Engine Optimization. Completed multiple site-wide changes to improve search engine optimization for Backcountry.com. Included development of SEO-specific analytic tools, restructure of mult-level taxonomy navigation, creation of long-tail content in MVC Interchange.

Backcountry.com Checkout. Developed multi-site checkout in MVC Interchange

Web Developer for Gear.com in 2008. Integrated customized plugins and theme for content management system. Completed Omniture site search integration.
