Elizabeth is an experienced technical project manager with a focus on customer service and resource management. She works with many End Point clients that are learning about our services through the sales process, and with project planning and budgeting.
Elizabeth has 10 years of project management experience. She comes from an academic publishing background and worked with many journals and academic societies to build specifications, plan projects, test functionality, and set up interconnected automated processes. With her deep technical understanding of many application stacks, operating requirements, and project use cases, she serves a variety of business needs.
She describes her philosophy this way: “I strive to deliver client projects that meet 3 criteria—the application works correctly, the application makes sense to the users, and End Point developers deliver on budget. I work behind the scenes every day with my clients and team members to meet these goals.”
