With over 20 years of settlement experience, Scott is a leader at the forefront of real estate’s digital transformation. Early in his career, Scott joined First American’s finance organization and quickly rose to oversee the company’s finance operations across the US. He later served in a variety of operational and technology leadership roles before going on to lead the company’s efforts to digitize the closing process — including the innovation sprint that created Endpoint. Drawn to Endpoint’s mission and the challenge of integrating technology into a people-driven business, Scott became Endpoint’s CEO when it launched in 2018. Raised in Southern California, Scott earned a bachelor's degree in business from Chapman University, where he played soccer, and later graduated with an MBA from Pepperdine University. He currently resides in New York City with his wife, Tiffany; their three children, Bella, Hayleigh, and Brayden; and their dog, Dobby.
Jaclyn joined Jot as a General Manager in 2022, bringing over 25 years of title and escrow expertise to the organization. Prior to joining Jot, she held leadership roles at ServiceLink, Mortgage Connect, and most recently Amrock, where she launched remote online notarization services in 23 states. As a notary and former real estate agent, she thoroughly understands the closing and signing experiences. Combined with her background in operations and product strategy, Jaclyn is adept at recognizing areas that need improvement and has the vision to develop and implement applicable solutions. Jaclyn earned a bachelor’s degree from Chatham University. She splits her time residing between Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the Gulf Coast of Florida. In her spare time, she enjoys rooting for the Steelers and spending time with her son, Jude.
Jon brings over 12 years of experience to the product organization at Endpoint. Prior to his current role, he was one of the first hires at BCG Digital Ventures, the corporate innovation arm of Boston Consulting Group. As the company scaled from a team of 10 to over 1,000 working around the globe, Jon helped corporations incubate startups across a spectrum of products and industries, including Endpoint. In just nine months, Jon led the incubation effort that took Endpoint from an idea on a piece of paper to a fully functioning product and business. It became clear to Jon that Endpoint had the key ingredients needed for success, and he became one of Endpoint’s founding members when the company officially launched in 2018. Jon holds a bachelor's of business administration in information systems from the University of Toledo, and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He currently resides in Park City, Utah with Endpoint’s unofficial mascot, his English Bulldog, Chuck.
Rajesh brings a passion for developing and scaling SaaS applications to Endpoint — from concept to general availability encompassing business strategy, product development, customer satisfaction, and market adoption. He's a product executive who relies on the VOC (voice of the customer), user data, and research to make the most productive and strategic decisions possible. Entrepreneurial-minded, he's not afraid to make decisions or mistakes and constantly aspires to learn. During his 30+ years of experience, he's led and developed global teams, achieving billions in annual revenue and driving team success. As a mentor and coach, he leads teams through a culture of high performance and collaboration both in large organizations like Oracle and successful early-stage startups like Saba. Rajesh holds a bachelor of science and engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago, and a masters in computer science from Purdue University. He currently resides in the Phoenix area with his wife and two teenage kids.
Shawna has been in the settlement industry for over 20 years, working in almost every facet of the industry. From closing escrows in downtown Seattle to managing at the state and national level to working in the tech department of a national underwriter to later becoming a founding member of a tech-enabled title startup, Shawna has done it all. What she loves most about the industry are the people and the opportunity to bring ease to a complex process. During the course of her career, she has obsessed over how the synergy of process and people can drive outstanding tech products and platforms. She joined Endpoint in 2020, drawn to its culture, people and mission. Shawna earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Humboldt State University. She lives the empty-nester life in Seattle, Washington with her wife and rescue dogs.
Tomer leads and executes Endpoint’s go-to-market strategy, ensuring the company is positioned to deliver a great experience for proptech companies, single-family rental (SFR) investors, real estate agents, and their clients. Prior to joining Endpoint in 2023, he led the revenue organization at Spruce, a tech-enabled title and escrow company that Zillow acquired. Before that, he served as co-founder and CEO of a venture-backed legal technology company and the General Counsel and VP of business development for a medical device company. Tomer started his career as a corporate attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton and White & Case after graduating from the University of Michigan Law School with a concentration in corporate tax law. Originally from Israel, Tomer lives on Long Island in New York with his wife, Becca, and his daughter, Avigal. When he’s not working, he likes trying new recipes with his daughter, walking around the neighborhood with his wife, and helping early-stage startup founders brainstorm how to take products to market.
Uyen is a seasoned operations leader who has demonstrated success in the title and escrow industry for over 20 years. Her varied experience in real estate law, title insurance claims, underwriting, and operations management allows her to bring a unique perspective to the table. She joined Endpoint in 2021 with the belief that streamlining processes and workflows through the use of technology will help move the industry forward and create a more efficient, delightful customer experience. Prior to joining Endpoint, she worked as the Underwriting Counsel and Escrow Operations Manager for a national title company. Uyen holds a Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University; a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of California, Irvine; and is a member of the State Bar of California. She lives in the San Francisco Bay area with her family.
