Endpoint integrates into First American Title

Endpoint is entering its next chapter. On June 1, Endpoint will integrate into First American Title, bringing its technology and talent into the organization to advance the future of title and settlement services.  

As part of the First American family of companies, this integration is a natural next step in bringing Endpoint’s technology to more teams and customers.

From the beginning, Endpoint's mission has been to make home closing easy for all. We believe that combining thoughtful service with purpose-built technology can improve one of the most important — and often complex — moments in real estate, while keeping closing professionals at the center of each transaction.

Over the past eight years, we’ve delivered on that belief — launching a closing app for real estate professionals, buyers and sellers; the Jot signing service and scheduling platform; and a modern title and escrow platform for closing teams. This integration expands access to Endpoint’s technology.

With this transition, Endpoint will no longer operate as a standalone company. Starting June 1, closing services will be delivered by First American Title. First American Title will continue to use the Endpoint title and escrow platform, and Jot will remain its preferred signing service.

What this means for our customers

You’ll continue working with the professionals you know and trust — operating under First American Title. There will be no disruption to your active transactions or current relationships.

You will continue to benefit from Endpoint’s closing technology, along with the expanded resources and national scale of First American Title. This transition is designed to provide continuity while delivering even greater support.
