FAQ: What to expect as Endpoint joins First American Title

What Endpoint’s integration with First American Title means for you

Company News

As Endpoint integrates into First American Title, we’re focused on making this a seamless transition for our customers. Below, you’ll find key details on timing, your transactions, and what to expect.

1. What’s happening?

Endpoint is integrating into First American Title on June 1, 2026. Endpoint has always been part of the First American family of companies, and this integration is a natural next step in bringing Endpoint’s technology to more teams and customers. For more information, read the full announcement.

2. What does this mean for Endpoint customers?

Beginning June 1, transactions will be processed under First American Title, with no change to your closing team. You’ll continue working with the professionals you know and trust — operating under First American Title. Our goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible, and we will share additional reminders leading up to the transition date on June 1.

3. Will the integration impact active transactions?

There will be no disruption to active transactions. Any transaction opened before June 1 will honor existing terms, conditions, and pricing.

If you have any questions about your transaction, reach out to your primary contact or the Endpoint team at closing@endpoint.com. Should you wish to move your transaction, please let us know, and we can make the necessary arrangements.

4. How do I open an order or request a preliminary title report after June 1?

If you’d like to open an order or request a preliminary title report after June 1, just send us an email. We’ll share the team’s new email addresses and contact information in the coming weeks and will redirect any emails sent to closing@endpoint.com to ensure they reach the team.

5. Will I be able to use my Endpoint account moving forward?

You’ll continue to have access to the tools and resources provided to you by Endpoint. Simply log in with your existing username and password. On June 1, the app will reflect the First American Title brand, while maintaining the same experience you’re used to.

6. What’s the best way to access older transaction information or documents?

If you want to reference information or documents from transactions before December 7, 2025, please email our team at closing@endpoint.com, and we can get them for you directly at any time. Information and documents for transactions opened on or after December 8, 2025 are available in the app.

7. Who should I contact if I have questions?

Your go-to contact at Endpoint will remain your primary point of contact during this transition and beyond. You can also contact our team at closing@endpoint.com with any questions.
